There are snake oil salesmen out there with a product for every need, real
or imagined, but those that actually work are hard to find, and I've never
heard of a "stop leak" for AC. There are leak "detectors", of course, but
not sealants. Many times, the culprit is the front seal on the compressor,
and since that involves a moving part, a sealant isn't likely to be
effective.
