I don't understand why everyone is so freaked out about the price of this car, especially being Imperialists. If you go out to buy a new Caddy or Lincoln you'll be well over the $40,000.00 price tag. Get the new luxury package Lexus and you're up to $75,000.00, and you're not getting half the car the old Imperial is, nor will it be as luxurious, glamorous, and distinctive as an Imperial, nor will you have an extremely rare almost one of a kind car. We should be happy to see our Old Imperials going on the block for as much as the old Caddy's. Maybe I can't afford it, but if that car fetches the money, so much better for my '59 Coupe, which I never intend to part with! Bill '59 Crown
