When you see Frank on Ebay getting top $$ ofr his parts, he
usually has more, and will respond to a direct request for
a fixed price, detouring the run-up on the item that you
see.
His gas tank J bolts are a perennial of his, and I got mine
for his opening bid, not the $5-$10 over that he normally
gets. They came without drama.
