eBay Hub/Drum Puller

Hello list:

I have never had the rear hubs off my '65 but surely will eventually.  Is 1965 included in the years with the tapered hubs?  Are the hub pullers still available new and what do they cost new, or are they available at rental stores?  What would the price be if they are available new?  Generally, what is the going price used, if anyone knows.
