The IML admin group recently received an unsolicited advertisement for a company in India that does forgings, castings, and sheet metal stampings. It seems to me that they could do parts that are tough to find if we could get a group together to purchase a lot (group) of parts or if someone wanted to do a little reselling. How difficult to get them to do floor pans for my 1960? I bet that it would be tougher to get a mold to them than to have them make one and ship a stack of 20-40 back. Lowell Howe is always on the lookout for an "opportunity" and might be willing to bankroll this adventure (plus he has the originals to cut our for molds). Please email me off list if you know of a super-rare part that you need and we'll see what comes of it. I am going to reply to her and go fishing to see what she thinks costs might be for a run of 100 1958?-1963? floorpans. Please reply off list and Ill repost if any trends emerge. Any metal part - cast or stamped or otherwise is fine. ===== Kenyon Wills 6o LeBaron - America's Most Carefully Built Car 73 LeBaron - Long Low & Luxurious __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
