Imperial sighting, 58 convertible

Hi all,

Attended an air show at Punta Gorda, Florida today, as part of the static display were several older cars, one of which was a 1958 Imperial convertible. This car appeared to be original but was in need of a lot of tender loving care. Anyone aware of this car?
