Roger. Never say never the 426 was an option on I think only the 1963 300J that year you could option for a V-8 426 cu in 375 hp twin four-barrel or a 426 V-8 415 hp short ram and 425 hp with posi trac rear end but don't remember ever seeing one in an imperial but it would fit! Asa
