74-78 Speakers

The speakers that are mounted in the rear package shelf in my car (1978)
LOOK like they are what would be commonly called "6x9s".  Can anyone confirm
this? What speakers are used in the front, in the dash?  This is all using
the quad stereo setup AM/FM/8-Track player.
