propane conversion

All the infomation that I have researched came up with very good results for
the life of engines. I know of a Propane Comp here in Ca. that has an old
Dodge delivery truck. It has a 318 with propane conversion and it has at
this time 450,000 miles on the engine and it's still going strong. The only
draw back is a 10% loss of power. If you can live with that and a holding
tank then go for it. Basically an adapter goes under the carb. so it will
run on pump gas or propane. Good luck.
