IML: 1962 lebaron radio

Hello
 I recently purchased a 62 lebaron and would like to know what company
manufactured the radio. My radio does not work and seems to be covered with
a light film of oil inside. There are no tags indicating manufacturer, only
a stamped model number 409. I also noted that the shaft from the seek motor
appears broken. I would appreciate any info on or leads for an original
replacement that works. I searched the site and only found a brief reference
of Delco manufacturing seek radio's.
