IML: Mailing List Issues

We have apparently had issues with the mailing list
for some people, but not others.

Sending a notice about that out to everyone that IS
getting messages is sorta dumb, but since we don't
know who is affected and who is not, it bears mention
out of courtesy.

We are aware of it and the IML team is working on a
solution.  This isn't my dept. normally, so if you
know anyone that's wondering what's going on, please
fill them in off-list? 

If you find yourself not getting messages, please use
the CONTACT US buttons on the website to write to the
folks that take care of things (now and in the future).
