Another thing to watch out for is your own spam filtering.  A recent update of some sort here has caused several IML messages to be tossed into my spam list (which I never bother to look at) and so I was missing things and in most cases was unaware of it.  Even a few long time contacts like Bob H and one of my clients were being deleted.

I just discovered all this on Friday so now I have to call Bob and apologize for the two or three "what's up, haven't heard back on my question" emails I'd sent.  

Obviously this is an area the IML webfolks can NOT help much with since the filtering software is on your end.

Another unfortunate consequence of spamming is when Dick's name is in the subject line of an email my software flags it as "adult content" and puts it in my Junk folder.  So this morning I had to "unjunk" several messages and make sure those senders weren't blacklisted.
