RE: IML: 60 62 63 Window Motor Interchange

’62 and ’63 motor usage is the same (i.e., rear quarter = rear quarter, front door = front door, rear door = rear door).

’60, ’61, ’62, ’63 rear quarter (= back window on a 2-door car) are all the same.

It appears that for ’60 and ’61, all door motors are interchangeable (front door, rear door, ’60, ’61, it doesn’t matter).

It doesn’t appear that any other model (i.e., Chrysler, DeSoto) uses the same motors.

Hope that helps!

Subject: IML: 60 62 63 Window Motor Interchange

Fellow Imperialists,

Does anyone know if the window motors from a 60 or 63 fit in a 62?  Also, are the window motors for 2dr and 4 dr models different?

Thanks,
