Luke, Henry is right on the money about Gary on this. Gary has always done
me right with his products and money transactions and is just working hard
doing the magic he does.

Thanks Henry, good advice I'll just send him the money snail mail with a
bit extra and then the ball's in his court.

The best way to contact Gary is snail mail. He cannot get to all of his
e-mail as he receives many, many of them. Likewise, phone calls and
faxes. He's working on orders. It's a one man shop except for packing
up orders and doing the mail. From his point of view, it's either do
the work or talk on the phone and answer e- mail and faxes. He requests
snail mail. Order all that you think you will need, order way ahead,
use an order blank from his catalog, put down the prices from his price
list, do the sales tax, do the shipping cost, write a check for the
total. Gary is absolutely scrupulous and will refund any overage in
your calculation so don't worry on that score. What he has on hand will
come quicker. What he has to make, he'll generally wait for several
orders for the same and then do all at once, for example, several sets
of upholstery kits for letter cars, same year.
We're lucky we have him doing all that he does. I could never have
restored my Imperial as well as it is done without parts made and
supplied by Gary, likewise our letter cars.
My two cents.

I recently wrote Gary a snail mail letter and his wife answered it by
return mail last week. No problems as far as I know.
