Manifold Heat Control Valve Solvent (aka Rust Penetrant) is still available from Mopar. Part number 4318039 or 4318039AB. This is the best rust penetrant ever made (long story) also works very well on any other stuck fasteners, pipes, etc.
The trick is to let is soak the for a while.
Some instances, for really seized items (110 year old home steam pipes for example), a daily application for 2 - 3 days in a row is needed.
