IML: 1957 Crown Coupe on ebay President of Mexico's car?

Anyone read Spanish well? Several documents in
Spanish included and shown on the ebay listing.
This looks to me like it may well have been the
President of Mexico's car. Might be an interesting
addition to our VIP Imperial pages or an interesting
car to restore.
