The battery tray is a generic Mopar part. (#1940 893)
You can find a used one from any 1960-66 Imperial, or
any 1960-1964 Chrysler, full-size Plymouth & Dodge.
Check IML for our fine used parts vendors.  

New rubber coated battery holddown hardware is
available through Year One.  Part #MR606
