I don't believe the car is actually coming out of the hole until noon today (Tulsa time). At that time it will be uncovered for the general population and press to see. The glimpse of the car in the ground still covered in plastic was supposedly a mistake. I think there are temporary barriers in place now to keep anyone from seeing or photographing what's going on until the actual unveiling later today.
