Also check for vacuum leaks on the accessories
(unlikely) by using dykes or vice-grips to clamp-off
the various vacuum lines one by one.

If engine idle changes after the count of 4, you have
a loose hose or torn diphram or something, and the
vacuum port should be blocked off.
