Just my opinion, but I think that since this is an on-line club, it will
have excellent staying power as location is not a factor in belonging or
communicating with members. I have learned a wealth of information, even
if doesn't pertain to my particular Imperial, just reading the e-mails every
day. Prior to the internet, I believe the only way to get a national
organization well put together was to have individual chapters throughout
the country as the WPC club does/did it. I joined the WPC club on-line, so
I don't know if they've assigned me to a particular area based on my location,
but I believe they've been around forever. I got my first newsletter a
couple of weeks ago from the 2007 photo meet and there was a first-place 1961
Crown Convertible winner and a 2nd place 1962 Crown Coupe.
Do the people who own those cars belong to the IML?
