Sorry, folks, for not responding to all the car cover discussion. As someone correctly guessed, we were off on our annual family camping vacation in Mexico - and came back last night to almost 400 messages! I doubt I will get around to reading them all, so if someone has something urgent for me, please reply to this message and I'll pay attention to it! As for the car covers, the vendor who was supplying me found out I was shipping them to club members way under the normal retail cost and actually under the wholesale cost they are normally sold at, so they pulled the plug on me after about 40 covers. Sorry, but there is no way I can get these at the bargain price any more. The same covers are sold through J.C.Whitney for about twice what I was selling them for to the club members - they are good lightweight covers and fit well - I use them on my cars and they have been through some nasty weather without damage to the covers or the cars. They are a bit tricky to wash, because the washing machine doesn't like to spin out with that much weight (wet covers that don't let the water through fast enough). I am pleasantly surprised that it is PLENTY long enough to cover it and tuck under at the front and rear with the elastic holding it in place. It is outside and exposed to the ARIZONA sun half of the day (before 1:30PM). I will have to let you know how well it holds up. It looks like it will last much longer than the parachute type did, which was 2 years, which fit the car just barely. The new one is also a thicker material and softer. By the way, it was about $55.00 with DHL delivery. Æyn --- Phil Hansley <belvedere426@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: > I bought a cover on Ebay and have been very satisfied.
