Hey Dan!

I had the same thing happen to me on my '73. All of
the windows stopped working at the same time. It
turned out to be the connection at the power window
safety relay was dirty.

I don't know if your '66 has this part but, it was
attached to the fuse block on my car. I simply removed
it, sanded the terminals with sand paper, applied a
little dialectic grease and reinstalled it. The
windows then began working again.

Incidentally, the window circuit is protected by a
circuit breaker rather than a fuse. If it trips, it
will automatically reset itself (unless defective).
