Tom gave a good rundown, I would just add that you can also use a plastic or metal putty knife, maybe with a 2 inch or 50mm wide blade, and just take your time and work around the door. Make sure the putty knife is right up against the clips before you carefully pry the clips loose.
The door handle requires a small hex head/allen wrench, maybe about 1/8 inch. The allen screw is on the back part of the handle (if I remember correctly) and is down about 3 or 4 inches from the top of the armrest. Turn it counter-clockwise to loosen. With a bright light positioned just above the armrest you should be able to see the allen head screw.
