The car listed does appear to have had some recent work done to it, 
possibly that would qualify it as a "runner". It came from Eastern 
Washington state and had been parked for ages. It finally sold to the 
current seller about a year ago after being listed nuermous times. The 
work done seems to to be what should have been done, so why sell now? 
Possibly lack of $$$ or storage. It appears to be solid, but still 
needs a lot. I don't recommend buying any car without seeing it in 
person.
