No. Chrysler's B-body cars had Bendix 4-piston opposed disc brakes (two pistons on each side of the rotor). Kelsey-Hayes, Delco-Moraine, Bendix and Budd all built 4-piston opposed brake set ups. The Budd brakes are easy to identify as they have a small knob on each piston that fit into a small slot on the caliper. They look like small handles while none of the others has any kind of protrusion on the back of the piston.. As I said, only Chrysler Corporation C-body cars used Budd's 4-piston disc brakes.
