I truely believe that it may be that part only for a '65 New Yorker/ 300. I say this because the center design doesn't seem to match my mental picture of that part for '64 & '65 Imperial.
I had to buy one of these for a '65 Chrysler 300 Coupe I had, and that is what I think it looked like.
