It definitely is running too rich, as you say.

I recently posted a step by step procedure for a car which gets poor mileage
- I suggest you go down the list looking for the same problems - most likely
you have problem number 6, (leaking plumbing or plugged nozzles in the HSA)
- but there are other possibilities too.

 My 81 imperial with efi is running to rich. Mycats. are glowing red after

running. A garage told me my problem was the old cats.so I replaced all 3
now the new 
ones are doing the same thing. Anyone have any suggestion?
