Chris,
I'm am beginning to lean more & more towards the
carburetor. From the way you are describing the way the fuel is dribbling
out inside the carburetor sounds like something is plugged. I would
reinvest in a new Carb rebuild kit. Make sure you use a good grade of carburetor
cleaner. Let the parts soak ovenite at least.
