RE: IML: 64 Iml Winshield Channel Molding

The source I found for a 64 Iml Cvt windshield (both shaded and clear, same price) NAG # w465 is  GLASS SEARCH 800-848-1351. The price is $500 and another $100 for shipping to Las Vegas.  Tried a couple other sources who told me that that is where they get theirs and that they couldn't touch their price (Pilkington wanted $800 and PPG vintage wanted $845 plus 200 for shipping).

> Hi JAy!....Since I am sure that sometime in the (hopefully FAR!) future I will be in the same position of needd to replace the windshield, I'd appreciate you letting me know, whenever you get the time, where you got the windshiled from and the channel moulding as well! I'm really surprised that Steel didn't have it!!! How about Year One???? I have one of their catalogs but its for Dodge/Plymouth A&C bodies and has no Imperial info in it. Good Luck!!!! If I come acroos a source I'll email you with it!!!

Steele doesn't have it and neither does the other sources I contacted. My windshield dealer is also making calls, but they can't find one either.Anyone have any leads? I'm sure that the old one will fall apart when it is removed - doesn't do any good to get a windshield if I can't use it.HELP!Jay D'Angelo64 Iml CvtLas Vegas
