Here's how to select "plain text" in Microsoft Outlook: >From the top, select "Tools", then "Options", then "Mail Format". On the Mail Format screen, the first box is "Message Format". Open the small window and select "Plain Text". Click "Apply", then "OK" That's all you have to do and we'll all benefit. Maybe someone using Outlook Express can post similar instructions.
