> Self-Introduction: We bought this car in Oct 2006 because the styling is so perfect and the car is rare relective to Caddy's and Lincoln's. We have a 65 SC Porsche and a 73 and 96 Porsche 911 and wanted a 50's American car. We didn't know what we wanted but it was love at first sight. We don't know the gas mileage yet but we are averaging a "nice car" or thumbs up about every 5 miles. 
> We are looking forward to getting the car back to a new car feel with new rubber (hope we can find), bushings etc. Since the car appears to have the original 62,000 miles we will wait to decide on a re-paint or re-chrome. We are looking forward to attending some Imperial gatherings.
