The problem with the Gates Rubber web site is that it leads you to a proper molded lower hose, but lists a tacky ribbed universal hose for the upper.

 

An alternative that looks correct (and has been installed on my car for two years) is a Gates hose marketed by Carquest as #21956. I don't know its original application but it works. I cut it shorter to ensure clearance for the belts passing above it to the air conditioning compressor.
