From what Ken describes & Elijah's response, it seems like
the replacements might have a slightly longer top rod than the one's the
Chrysler engineers original figured out for our cars. In most cases the upper
rod is a bit longer than it needs to be for most installations. there always
seems to be almost a inch of rod sticking up above the top washer. this sounds
like a quick tip that should be added to the IML site!
