On the other hand 500 negatives/neutrals is not inspiring. Go through the negatives to see if there is a common theme. A hundred thousand transactions! WOW, no wonder the pct is so high. My experience is that if you continually have the same complaint it is usually true but with that many transactions he must be doing something right.

I have not ordered anything from them, but my experience with eBay tells me that a 99.7% positive rating out of 103683 transactions is pretty good.
