IML: 1956 Imperial Lifters

I have took everything off the engine except the heads. Everything has
been removed so I can rewire and paint the engine compartment and the
engine. I have a lifter that taps for about 20-30 seconds at start up.
Should I replace all of them since I am this close? I would hate to have
to take things back off after painting and re assembling the engine.
