IML: Manifold Leak 64 413

The remanufactured engine I installed on my 64 has about 800 miles on it.  
It recently developed what I thought was an exhaust leak noise.

Today, I noticed that the intake manifold on the driver's side and in line 
with the carb was white from heat.  A stethoscope showed the noise coming 
from that area.

Other than a new intake gasket, does anyone have a fix for this situation?
