Dan; Are the seat faces completely leather or are there cloth panels as well? In most cases only the faces and borders of the seats are leather, as well as the arm rests, everything else will be cloth or naugahyde. If the seats don't have the cloth panels I would say that three average 40+ square foot hides should be enough, with the cloth panels I would say two just to be safe. You might get away with less but given that these are pearlesent you might want more from the same dye lot so everything matches if you wind up needing more later. With my car the leather is black so matching isn't quite as much of an issue as with some of the specialty finishes.
