IML: 61-63 speedo adjustment

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to adjust and calibrate a 61-63 ribbon speedo?

My unit has taken to wild fluctuations at low speeds. It seems like the rubber clutch is occasionaly losing contact with the metal disc on the roller and allowing it to rotate freely back and forth.
