The cost depends upon a number of factors.  The distance the car is being transported, whether or not the vehicle is drivable, and the type of carrier used (open or enclosed) are a few things that will definitely effect the cost.  Your trip from Daytona to Atlanta shouldn't run all that much even in an enclosed truck.
