IML: more 73 electrical #@!

.Just when you think it's safe...

After the horn relay quit working, there are no outside lights working..(except the headlights)..the fuses are not blown..could it be the headlight switch?..the inside lights all work except the inst. panel lights and the map light?

any ideas?
