Unfortunetly he is being a little bit flexible with the truth, they have never replied to my e-mails or gave me any feedback. 

The customer is king as far as I'm concerned and its  there own loss - I'm sure another company will happily take my cash so I'm not really bothered

Its time to move on now and put it down to experience I guess, I certainly don't want to spend weeks and weeks arguing with them
