IML: 1959 Imperial 413 Question

I have a 59 Imperial and we took the engine out to do a complete rebuild.
When we looked at the block numbers it reads 1851029-6. All of the
information I can find out about block nubers is there is a 1852029. Is this
a casting error or not a 413? If anyone can help, please let me know. The
heads on it is correct for a 59, being only 4 bolt valve covers. Its just
the block in question.
