IML: Imperial Sighting

Hello All,
 Just a quick note to ask if anyone else saw this Imperial sighting? On Friday, The American Life TV Network ran an episode of an old network TV show. The show was aired in 1985 -86 and was called Crime Story. It remains one of the most realistic depictions of my home town circa 1962. For those of you that may not know it, I am originally from Chicago.
 The sighting was of a 1962 LeBaron black with a white leather interior. The car was driven by the Mafia boss.
 One fast question? I have never seen a LeBaron with a full leather interior. Was this an over restoration or factory correct? 
 The show airs at 7 and 10 pm Mountain time. If you are into period correct stuff, this should knock your socks off. Oh, the lead character drives a 57 300C convertible!!!
