IML: Dr Hinges Stops

I know that we talk about this before but I cant find it in the archive.

My door stops on my 1963 Imperial conv. are broken and I think that someone make an kit to repair this bar that has two riges and a spring .It has  two possition for the dr to stop as it is being open. Has anyone made this repair lately.
