Unless it could be had by a special order, no Chrysler
or Imperial ever had the 426 (Hemi or Wedge) making
'63-'66 the only years where the largest engine
available was not standard equipement.

Had the, planned, '66 300M been built it would have
had the 426 Hemi.

On a side note: The was one '67 Ford Country Squire
built with a 428/4-spd and bucket seats --- OKd by the
man himself Lee Iacocca
