Imperial Heaven should have the parts you need. Your other windows/motors/mechanisims should run better with cleaning/service and lubrication. Sometimes, slow running windows are caused by slightly grounded wiring. This is usually due to deteriorating wire insulation in the door jams. If your car has the original wiring, this is a possibility, as the wires are bunched closely together, allowing for close contact. If you get into this, you will have to replace the wiring. Circuits can be checked with test meters, etc. at the switch connections, eliminating the need to "dig around" looking for bad wires. Some window motors will operate slowly after being partially fried from an electrical short. Most often they become slow due to lack of use. Moisture inside the door can damage the window motor and cause it to seize/short out. Paul W.
