It depends on where it will be stored (indoors/outdoors, dry vs damp location, etc.), and if you're willing to spend a few hundred for a custom-fitted cover. (Ask yourself, How much was the paint job?)

For all-around protection, convenience (size of rolled-up cover) and quality, I'm a fan of CoverCraft's Weathershield fabric. The fibers are encapsulated in polypropolene to be gentle and scratch-free on your nice new paint, and the cover is light and rolls up into a trunk-friendly size. It's also pretty good for both exterior and interior storage.

I've dealt with them for years for both my own cars and my clients' show cars and prototypes, and their service and quality are unbeatable, IMHO.
