IML: ABQ, Route 66 Annv, 26 - 30 Jul 2006

Have you planned out the summer of 2006 yet.  Down south of us on I-25 and US 
Hwy 66 at the township of ABQ they are starting the plans to put togeteher 
the Rt 66 event for 2006.  I just got contacted by the N. Mex De Soto Club Prez 
and he wants to know if any of the De Sotos up here in the Colo area will be 
able to attend this event.

Since I am recovering at a very good rate and ABQ is not that far away I told 
him that it sounded like a good idea ( ya know, good town, lots of fun places 
any ole way and the Rt 66 Annv too ).  Sooo, I told him that I would like to 
attend with our De Soto and sleep in the Air Stream too.  And that I tell 
others of the event

I understand that not every person is blessed with a De Soto or an A/S.   I 
do feel that if the others of like vintage vehicles or trailers did sort of 
show up at the same event that he would help plan out the events to all.

Please think this over and let me know if you plan on going to the Rt 66 Annv 
for this is a national event so rooms and etc is to be planned.
