I have never seen an 81,82 or 83 with a floor search button either. I
suppose that doesn't mean they didn't have one. My 81 did not have the
search tune feature at all. This was an analog dial radio. It may be
that the later digital radios had the search turn feature but I have never seen
one on the floor.
My 62 300 H has a floor search tune button.
