Henry,

Sounds like a handsome car...

V7L  = body side stripes, Parchment color
V1L  = full vinyl roof, Parchment color
KL8  = Dark Moonstone metallic paint
PLL3 = leather split-bench seat, Parchment
C13  = not sure, possibly a build date of Dec 13 1974
       (1-9 = Jan-Sep, A=Oct, B=Nov, C=Dec)

What's odd is that Moonstone appears to be a 1974-only color.
